MODUS’s Corporate Training Programmes (CTP) consist of 2 different formats, so as to match the various needs of the 21st century-corporations. Our success is based on the investment and efforts put into constantly expanding our talent pool, so as to provide our clients with the best-fit and the most professional services, speakers and tutors.

Corporate Events

MODUS Education serves as a one-stop platform where our team will organise everything, including the speakers, venue and meals. Our event co-ordinators work in close collaboration with the speakers so as to meet our clients’ needs and provide the best-fit tailor-made programmes.

MODUS’s CTP include 5 main series of programmes and they are Eyes on the World, Social Interactions, World of Wine, Public Speaking and Inner Peace.

Staff Enhancement Programmes

Most businesses are now facing such a dynamic working environment, where staff is expected to multi-task in a professional and competent manner. Languages and effective communication

Our language programmes include English, Putonghua and Japanese. Depending on the client’s specifications and the participants’ levels, a tailor-made programme will be designed to match the day-to-day job requirements.

Effective communication focuses on raising staff’s efficiency, whether it is of internal operations or communications with the outside world. The end result is of course a better corporate image as well as performance.

Lifestyle enrichment

The 2 main branches of Lifestyle enrichment are tuition about wine and stress management.

Wine has no doubt become a hot topic in Hong Kong. Nowadays it is almost a must to have the taste buds for wine to talk about varieties or the knowledge of it to invest in this commodity. CTP’s WSET-certified tutors will share with you all their experiences.

CTP’s stress management series consists of a number of levels, such as dealing with job pressure, balancing the staff’s inner-selves, and raising their emotional quotient. Moreover, from the corporate’s point of view, the effect of showing care toward its staff cannot be underestimated. It is sure to boost morale as well as increase their sense of belonging.

Cultural studies

We are all living in a ‘Global Village’ now. Especially in a metropolis such as Hong Kong, in practically every industry we are going to face customers from all sorts of cultural backgrounds. In order to win their hearts, you must first win the battle of minds, and we start from understanding them.

CTP have put an emphasis on building up a huge network of professionals, and the same goes for our speakers on the cultural front. Our demand on them is higher than most other service providers, in the sense that we do not simply invite foreign speakers to talk about their countries. We always partner up with qualified speakers who will go into details about the cultural differences, and advise on ways of gaining the customers’ trust using this knowledge.

At the same time, our cultural studies also include social and dining etiquette. The best way is usually the simplest way and we recommend hands-on practices at a restaurant. We are always actively looking for partnering restaurants to host these functions, in order to provide a wide range of choices for our clients so that we could best-match their requirements.

Salesmanship

The key elements during the process of a sale are attitude, discipline, goal-setting and demand on oneself. CTP’s expertise lies in the capability of designing tailor-made programmes subject to sales flow of the organisation in order to maximise the chance of sale.

2. A detailed proposal will be provided within 2 working days.
3. Upon the acceptance of proposal, the CTP team will follow up with all the arrangements, reporting to the client at every step of the way.
4. The actual programme / event takes place.
5. We make it our responsibility to provide the client with evaluations on every participant of our Staff Enhancement Programmes, upon completion.
